• Products returned must be ordered directly from SacredScentsOnline.com.
• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, any items returned beyond this time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.
• All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Sacred Scents, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
You will be credited less any original shipping and handling or return fees and / or return shipping charges. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned.
